Senior Account Executive
Kate Maeder has been at Storefront Political Media since 2009. She develops comprehensive, strategic digital and traditional media efforts and leverages new direct response tools to drive coordinated, grassroots campaigns. Kate has been the lead consultant for political campaigns, including Phil Ting for California State Assembly (AD-19) and Tony Thurmond for California State Assembly (AD-15), and a number of nonprofits and labor unions around the country.
Kate has experience building and organizing communities online and on the ground. She’s the lead architect behind a number of digital engagement platforms and online communities, including Reset San Francisco, domestic violence curriculum tool www.TestKansas.com, and I Agree To See, which is building an audience of people who like watching political campaign ads.
Kate is a graduate of University of California, Berkeley, and she volunteered for Barack Obama in 2008 in California, Nevada and Colorado. She is currently the San Francisco Chapter Director of New Leaders Council, an organization training the next generation of progressive leaders, and the Founder of Women Get It Done, which is building a network of professional women.
